Reports to the European Commission under Directive 2014/87/EURATOM on peer reviews

Description

In accordance with Article 8e(3) of Council Directive 2014/87/EURATOM of 8 July 2014 amending Directive 2009/71/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations, Member States shall ensure that arrangements are put in place to allow the first thematic peer review to start in 2017 and that subsequent thematic peer reviews are carried out at least every six years thereafter.
