List of Ethics Commissioners
Description
The list of ethics commissioners is kept by the central state administration body responsible for civil service relations, on the basis of decisions on the appointment of ethics commissioners that state bodies are obliged to submit within 15 days of their appointment.
Legal basis for the management of the dataset: Civil Servants Act (NN Nos 92/05, 140/05, 142/06, 77/07, 107/07, 27/08, 34/11, 49/11, 150/11, 34/12, 38/13, 37/13, 1/15, 138/15, 102/15, 61/17, 70/19, 98/19).
Subordinate legislation: Code of Ethics for Civil Servants (NN Nos 40/11 and 13/12).
Update frequency: Quarterly.
