Description
Management of Forests is an organizational part of the company Hrvatske šume d.o.o. Forest management is entered in the court registers as subsidiaries of the Company. Branches are not legal persons.
Forest management is managed by the Head of Forest Administration as a worker with special authorisations and responsibilities, and for its work and for the work of the Forest Administration, which he manages is responsible to the Management Board of the Company. Forest administrations organise professional services (ten), forestry and work units.
The layer shows the boundaries of the area of competence of individual forest management branches of HŠ d.o.o. for state forests.
Data on the position of forest management branches of HŠ d.o.o. are presented in the Croatian Terrestrial Reference System 1996 Transvers Merkator projection (HTRS96/TM).
