Description
The Croatian Bureau of Statistics keeps the Register of Business Entities on the basis of the Act on the National Classification of Activities (Official Gazette 98/94), Decision on the National Classification of Activities 2007. NKD 2007 (NN Nos 58/07 and 72/07) and the Ordinance on the classification of business entities according to the National Classification of Activities 2007. NKD 2007 (Official Gazette 80/07).
The Register of Business Entities includes legal persons, state authorities, bodies of local and regional self-government units and parts of such entities. When entering the Register of Business Entities, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics issues the Notice on the Classification of Business Entities according to the NKD 2007.
Any business entity registered in the Register of Business Entities may, by means of its home number, see the basic information that is kept about it and a part of the business entity. The data shall be updated daily and shall contain the following characteristics: name/company, registered office and address, legal form, code number, activity code according to NKD 2007 and NKD 2002
