Database of stationary installations and equipment containing 3 kg or more ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases (PNOS)
Description
Publicly available on the Agency’s website. The database data is only available to registered users with an open user account in the database.
The database shall contain a notification of stationary devices and equipment containing 3 kg or more of controlled substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases and any resulting change following the notification of the device or equipment. The account holder or account holder enters the data contained in the PNOS form in the Annex, the Ozone Depleting Substances and F-gases Regulation (OG 90/14). The database contains data according to the form PNOS — Notification of fixed equipment and systems, defined in the Annex to the Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 90/14).
Legal basis: Air Protection Act (OG 130/11, 47/14), Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases (OG 90/14).
Targeted beneficiaries:
Employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy and the Croatian Environment and Nature Agency, inspection services, and registered users-operators of stationary devices or equipment containing 3 kg or more of controlled substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases.
