Traffic loads since 1997

A collection of documents on traffic loads of the national road network — tables since 1997 (xls and xlsx) and maps since 2002 (pdf).

Data on traffic loads are prepared on the basis of data from automatic traffic meters throughout Slovenia and data obtained with individual manual traffic counts.

These, so-called counting data, are one of the basic information on road traffic, as they allow the calculation of average annual daily traffic (PLDP).

Definition of: PLDP (Average Annual Daily Traffic) is the average number of motor vehicles that pass the counting point in 24 hours on the average day of the year.
