Description
The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the Arenys de Mar territory. The cartography of the POUM in Arenys de Mar is made up of six mapping files of different scales in PDF format. The aspects of the municipality that define this map are as follows: Land classification and general structure (Land classification, Derivative planning sectors, General territorial structure, General systems, Mobility network, Free spaces and Equipment), Non-urbanizable land management , Urban and urban land land management and General service networks (Sanitation, Water Supply, Electric).
