Description
Pickets that delimit the demarcated public mountains of the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
As established by Law 15/2006 of Montes de Aragón, the demarcation is the administrative act by which the mountain of public ownership is delimited and its possession status is definitively declared, subject to what could result from a declaratory judgment of the property. In the apeo temporary milestones or pillars (pickets) are placed performing the corresponding topographic survey.
