Tables of decisions of the Development Committee of P.A.M.TH.
Description
The objects of the Committee, in accordance with Article 186 of Law 3852/2010, are defined as follows:
a) From Section A (Planning-Development) all matters falling within the remit of the Directorate-General for Development.
All items in Section C (Natural Resources – Energy Industry), except water and geothermal.
All items in Section D (Employment Trade Tourism)
d) All subjects of sector H (Education-Culture-Sport)
e) Any issue of the above areas of the committee that concerns the local community even if it is not the responsibility of services of the region.
The Committee shall process the matters for which it is responsible and shall make recommendations to the Regional Council.
The Regional Council has delegated the following responsibilities to the above Committee:
a) Any kind of matter of its competence, regarding the operation of the popular markets and the licensing of the beneficiary sellers, without prejudice to paragraph 3 of Article 164 of Law 3852/2010.
b) Proposing to the Economic Committee issues of participation in all kinds of exhibitions other than Agricultural and Environmental as well as the Organization or Co-organization of Cultural or Sports Events, the Publication of books and all kinds of forms for the tourist promotion and cultural development of the Region.
