Description
This dataset includes data that the Employment and Training Administration's Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) collected from Permanent Employment Certification (PERM) applications during previous fiscal years. It includes information on employers, geography, and job details for participants in the PERM program. Historical PERM public disclosure data is available on the OFLC website in the Performance Data section.
