Departmental performance of the Calabria Regional Executive
Description
The general performance of the regional administration expresses the result that the entire organisation, with its individual subdivisions, achieves in order to achieve certain objectives and, ultimately, to meet the needs of citizens. The purpose of performance measurement is to represent the body as a whole externally and to use its results in the various programming documents in order to ensure greater effectiveness and efficiency of administrative action. Specifically, departmental performance, as contained in the final report, is measured using the summary indicator of ‘Department performance’, which is obtained from the average of the achievements of the individual strategic objectives, determined solely by means of operational objectives.
