They are exported from the CORe computer system according to the GTFS standard defined in this link https://developers.google.com/transit/gtfs/reference
The data can be downloaded freely from this link https://mobilita.regione.calabria.it/gtfs/otp_gtfs.zip
They are importable into any DBMS and the diagram is represented below.
