Percent of Current Iowa CBC Residential Population with less than HS Diploma or Equivalent

This measure reports the percentage of offenders in residential facilities supervised by Iowa Community Based Corrections who have less than a HS diploma or equivalent. It includes offenders where the highest level of education completed is First through Twelfth, No Diploma/No Certificate, Now Attending, or Unknown.
