Description
This measure reports the percentage of offenders in residential facilities supervised by Iowa Community Based Corrections who have less than a HS diploma or equivalent. It includes offenders where the highest level of education completed is First through Twelfth, No Diploma/No Certificate, Now Attending, or Unknown.
