In-Center Hemodialysis Facilities Patient evaluations from the In-Center Hemodialysis Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (ICH-CAHPS) Survey. The ICH-CAHPS Survey is a national, standardized survey of in-center hemodialysis patients about their experiences with the facility, facility doctors and staff, and care received.
