Description
The method involves monitoring whether an object is correctly arranged on a supporting surface in a machine tool and/or clamped by a device with first and second clamping arrangements using a line system carrying a medium and subject to pressure ending in the support surface and/or in the first clamping arrangement. The cooling/lubricating liquid, an air-coolant mixture or the air-coolant flushing medium of a machine tool is used as the medium.
