Description
Fat-free cosmetic or dermatological composition comprises a titanium dioxide pigment, 2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic acid (I) and 2,2'-methylenebis(6-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenol) (II). An Independent claim is also included for production of the composition by dispersing the titanium dioxide and (II) separately or together in one or two portions of an aqueous phase, dispersing (I) in another portion of the aqueous phase, and combining and homogenizing the aqueous phases.
