The present invention concerns a process for preparing a compound represented by the following general formula (a- nor a pharmacologically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof, which comprises reacting a compound repr nwith a compound represented by the following general formula (a-4) : nwherein the residues R 1 , R 2 , R sa1 - R sa3 , R 300 , R 301 and Z are as defined in the claims.
