Description
It is paid to persons insured by IKA under a private-law employment relationship (they provide employment). The payment is made to women who work at the beginning of the pregnancy leave, after childbirth and if they receive the allowance from IKA for abstention from work due to pregnancy and childbirth. Maternity benefits are equal to the difference resulting from deducting from the salary paid by the Employer the allowance paid by IKA for the same period.
The deadline for submitting a relevant application is three months from the date of payment by IKA.
