The OAED pays to working mothers a special maternity protection benefit of up to six months, in accordance with Chapter B of Ministerial Decision No 33891/606/08, which was adopted pursuant to Article 142 of Law 3655/08 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 58, 3.4.2008).
