Description
The general development plan (‘GAP’) consists of a graphic and written part.
In general, the data are made available in the form of a ‘ZIP’ file.
The graphic part of the PAG is provided in "GML" format and in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation of 1 July 2016. The graphic part is made up of different areas as defined by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 28 July 2011 on the content of the general development plan of a municipality.
The written portion of the MAP is provided in "DOCX" format.
Master plans covering all areas subject to the development of a special development plan ‘new neighbourhood’ are also made available, as are the special development plans (PAPs) which remain in force. These documents are provided in PDF format.
On the website https://pag-upload.mi.public.lu, you will find more information about the ‘GML’ structure and a plugin tool developed for the ‘QGIS’ programme to download, view (according to the standard legend) and edit the graphic part of the PAG.
