Description
This dataset represents the index of access to the summary tables as provided for in Article 1(32) of Law No 190/2012 and Article 4a of Law No 10 of 31 May 2012.
The data contained in this section are taken from the forms compiled by the contracting authorities on the website of the Provincial Observatory.
It should be noted that the deadlines for compiling the data are dictated by Legislative Decree 163/2006 and subsequent amendments (Public Contracts Code) and by the Supervisory Authority on Public Contracts for works, services and supplies (usually varying from 30 to 60 days after the event).
