Reasons for leaving the "Project"
Description
The dataset shows the number of women and men who left the "Project" during the year. The ‘Project’ is an instrument of active labour policy adopted in the Autonomous Province of Trento and was established by Provincial Law No 32 of 27 November 1990 on ‘Provincial measures for the restoration and enhancement of the environment’, with the aim of resolving the employment problems of workers. Through this tool it is possible to relocate workers with a minimum of 53 years and workers with a minimum of 49 years who have been expelled from the company's production cycle and have no longer found work.
