Description
The stratum identifies the river areas of hydraulic interest of the General Plan for the Use of Public Waters introduced by Part VI.1 and governed by Article 32 of the Rules implementing it.
The river areas of hydraulic interest represent the areas in which the possibility of expansion of water courses and therefore of flooding assumes a pre-eminent role.
The perimeter was carried out in compliance with the general principles established by the PGUAP according to the criteria defined in paragraph 3.1 of the "Technical provisions for the drafting of the Summary Charter of Hazards", updated, in its latest version, by Provincial Executive Decision No 1078 of 18 July 2019.
