Years of stay at the exit from the "Project"
Description
The dataset shows the number of years that a person has worked for the "Project" at the end of the relationship. Progettone is an active employment policy instrument adopted in the Autonomous Province of Trento and was established by Provincial Law No 32 of 27 November 1990 on ‘Provincial measures to restore and enhance the environment’, with the aim of resolving the employment problems of workers. Through this tool it is possible to relocate workers with a minimum of 53 years and workers with a minimum of 49 years who have been expelled from the company's production cycle and have no longer found work.
