Description
The lacual hazard level, approved by G.P. Resolution No 1307 of 4 September 2020, classifies the territory into hazard classes in relation to lacual phenomena, in accordance with Article 10(1)(a) of Provincial Law No 9 of 1 July 2011 on the basis of the criteria and methodology approved by G.P. Resolution No 1306 of 4 September 2020.
Hazard classification is coded in the CAP field (HR2 — low residual, HR3 — average residual, HR4 — high remaining, HP — potential, H1 — negligible, H2 — low, H3 — mean, H4 — high). The mapping basis for contextualisation of the Danger Charter is the Provincial Technical Charter in force.
