Description
The information layer represents all surface waters, whether permanent or temporary, such as lakes and lakes, rivers, streams, river banks, waterways, canals and canals, as defined in Article 2(1)(j-bis) of Provincial Law No 11 of 23 May 2007. The hydrographic network, properly identified and selected, forms part of the invariant hydrographic network of the Provincial Urban Planning Plan (provided for in Article 8(2)(c)); Annex B to Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008).A part of the hydrographic network consists of watercourses included in the list of public waters or transferred to the public water domain to which the provisions of Chapter I of Provincial Law No 18 of 8 July 1976 apply for the purposes of hydraulic police and the management of public water.
