Description
It represents the limit of the valley communities, which are local public bodies with an association structure which are compulsorily constituted by the municipalities included in each territory identified pursuant to Article 12(2) (LP3-2006 Article 14(2)) to them and to the municipalities of Trento and Rovereto are transferred numerous competences which are now in the hands of the Province, obviously without prejudice to the competences of the municipalities and the separate administrations of the properties of civic uses.Meaning between the Province and the Council of Local Authorities approved at the meeting of 16 March 2007 concerning the identification of the territories of the Communities pursuant to Article 12 of Provincial Law No 3 of 16 June 2006 (Rules on the governance of the autonomy of Trentino).
