Remediation of contaminated sites
Description
The dataset contains the data relating to the registry of the sites subject to the remediation procedure.
The sites subject to the remediation procedure are divided, according to current legislation, into potentially contaminated sites, contaminated sites, remediated sites, uncontaminated sites.
The information in the register is derived from the data available to the Agency and is of indicative value. To know with certainty the updated status of the procedure, reference should be made to the documents present at the administrations responsible for the reclamation procedure (municipalities or the Purification Agency for sites under provincial competence).
