Description
The Briglia information layer of retention locates on the territory each work of this type registered by the Mountain Basin Service of the Autonomous Province of Trento. Data on the geometric characteristics of the work and the geomorphological context in which it is inserted are also reported.
The retaining bridles are part of the cadastre of hydraulic works, managed through the Information System of the Bacini Montani service (SIBaM). The cadastre lists infrastructures built to mitigate flood hazards (hydraulic — forestry works) and infrastructures built in interference with waterways for certain land use needs (e.g. bridges, crossings,...).
