WISE-SOE Report 2012: Quality of Trentino's watercourses in 2011

Description

Detailed information on river quality is requested annually from member countries by the EEA (European Environment Agency). The Provincial Environmental Protection Agency, as the focal point of the SinaNET network, collects and validates this data. The data and information collected through the WISE-SoE (Water Information System for Europe – State of Environment) collection process are mainly used to compile the indicators on which the evaluation reports guiding the enforcement actions are based. The collected data is also published in Waterbase, a set of databases organised by specific topic and webpages accessible to the public via the EEA Data Service website: http://www.eea.europa.eu/data-and-maps/data/#c11=&c17=&c5=all&c0=5&b_start=0
