Description
The dataset (points) identifies the specific limitations, present in the roads of provincial competence, to the transitability of exceptional transports indicated in cap. 7 of Annex ‘A’ to Regional Executive Decision No XI/1341 of 4 March 2019, ‘Guidelines on the exercise of functions relating to authorisations for the movement of exceptional transport, Regional Law No 6 of 4 April 2012, Article 42’, 2nd update (to the Guidelines approved by Regional Executive Decision No X/6931 of 24 July 2017 and to the Guidelines approved by Regional Executive Decision No X/7859 of 12 February 2018).
Restrictions on routes that can be used by vehicles for the transport of poles for power lines, telephone lines and public lighting or other similar equipment, if the conditions laid down in Article 13(2)(B)(d) are met and the transport is carried out for the same purposes of public utility.
