Standardised costs by type of public works
Description
General description
The Department of Construction and Technical Service has compiled statistics on the construction costs of public buildings. This list contains values of experience and comparisons with the incidence of construction costs per cubic metre for public works.
The values are updated twice a year with the ASTAT index (last update: June 2014).
The following categories will be analysed:
•School buildings
•Professional schools
•Music schools
•Convitti
•Retirement homes
•Gyms
•Offices
•Health districts
•Hospitals
•Museums
•Road construction sites and logistics points
•VVF Barracks
These costs can be used as benchmarks for new construction sites.
