List of construction works prices 2011
Description
The purpose of this price list is to define uniformly the services required for public construction works carried out in the Province of Bolzano. The relative prices have an average and informative character and as such must be considered in their use, they refer to the main supplies and services for construction works of medium consistency and difficulty, external accommodation and urbanization works.
The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared with reference to the
average prices of the price list to be adapted to the size of the individual contract as follows:
- works up to 200,000 €: application of the average information prices for construction works in force
- works over 200,000 € up to 1,000,000 €: lower prices may be provided up to
5% compared to average information prices
- works between EUR 1 000 000 and the Community threshold: lower prices may be expected
up to 10% compared to average information prices
- works between the EU threshold and €20,000,000: lower prices may be expected
up to 20% compared to average information prices
- works over 20.000.000 €: prices may be up to 30% lower than
at average information prices
For abnormal cases (work in buildings where it is not possible to set up a construction site or use machines, or for work in places that are difficult to reach) it will be necessary to determine the prices of the work from time to time, according to the particular local difficulties.
Prices refer to "normal" services with average market prices, in cases of particular execution difficulties, prices may be adjusted upwards to the particular situation.
The price list is divided into categories. The first category refers to the elementary prices of all listed works and includes labour, freight, transport and supply materials; Categories 2 to 18 relate to works carried out for individual building areas.
The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security.
It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29 August 2006 of the Province of Bolzano repartition 11 (ref. 11.5 7350), the costs of (general) legal security are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual unit price as shown in the estimate.
The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for safety measures on the site.
The prices also apply to those cases in which the contractor for certain services has to resort to other companies.
The price survey for this edition was carried out between August and September 2010.
Prices do not include VAT.
