Price list construction works 2016
Description
The purpose of this list of information prices is to define uniformly the
services required for public construction works carried out in the Province of Bolzano. I
prices are of an average and informative nature and as such must be considered in the
their use, they refer to the main supplies and services for medium-sized construction works
consistency and difficulty, external accommodation and urbanization works.
The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared having as
reference the average prices of the price list.
A justified change in the prices of individual positions can be made on a case-by-case basis
in case by the designer (e.g. due to large quantities, ideal logistics, for cases
abnormal or in cases of particular difficulty of execution, for works in buildings where
you can set up a construction site or use machines, for work in difficult locations
reachability, etc., etc.).
The price list is divided into categories. The first category refers to prices.

supply materials; Categories 2 to 18 relate to works performed for individuals.

The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in
compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security.
It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29.08.2006 of the Province
of Bolzano breakdown 11 (ref. no. 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security
(general) are already included in the fixed measure of 1% in each individual unit price
as resulting from the estimation.
The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for security measures on the
construction site.
The prices also apply to those cases in which the contractor for certain services

The price survey of this edition was carried out in the period between
January and March 2016.
Prices do not include VAT.
