List of non-construction civil works prices 2015
Description
This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as the prices
units for the most recurring services in the civil sector, with the exclusion of works
construction. The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared having as
reference the average prices of the price list. Prices refer to "normal" services with
Average market prices. A change in prices and descriptions of individual
positions, if justified by the designer, may be made on a case-by-case basis. As far as

situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics, particular difficulties of
