List of non-construction civil works prices 2014
Description
GENERAL PRICES This price list contains the most important elementary prices,
as well as unit prices for the most common services in the civil sector, with
the exclusion of construction works. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be
prepared with the average prices of the price list as a reference. Prices refer to
"Normal" performance with average market prices. A change in prices and
descriptions of individual positions, if motivated by the designer, can be made on a case-by-case basis
in case. As far as prices are concerned, the variation can be justified in the presence of
of particular situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics,
particular difficulties of execution, foreseeable difficulties in the installation of the
construction site or in the use of machines, it is difficult to reach the place of work,
etc.). Items for which it was not possible to find a market price for the
this edition contains, instead of the price, the indication (---). Unit prices
of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with the
current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that,
as indicated in the Circular of 29.08.2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11
(ref. no. 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the
fixed measure of 1% in each individual unit price as calculated
estimative. The tenderer must commit itself to earmarking these amounts for
safety on the construction site. The prices are also valid for those cases in which the contractor for
certain services must be provided by other companies. The prices of this edition
refer to the period between December 2012 and February 2013. Prices do not include
V.A.T.
