List of non-construction civil works prices 2013

Description

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as the prices units for the most recurring services in the civil sector, with the exclusion of works construction. The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared having as reference the average prices of the price list. Prices refer to "normal" performances with average market prices. A change in prices and descriptions of individual positions, if justified by designer, can be operated on a case-by-case basis. As far as prices are concerned, the variation can be justified in the presence of particular situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics, particular execution difficulties, predictable Difficulty in installing the construction site or using machines, difficult reachability of the place of work, etc.).Items for which it was not possible find a market price for this edition report, instead of the price, the indication (---). The unit prices of the individual processes include all expenses of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of safety of law. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29 August 2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (ref. no. 11.5 7350), the security costs of Law (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual price unit as resulting from the estimation. The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for security measures on the construction site.
