List of prices for non-construction civil works 2012

Description

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as the prices units for the most recurring services in the civil sector, with the exclusion of works construction. The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared with reference to the average prices of the price list. A justified change in the prices of individual positions may be made on a case-by-case basis. case by the designer (e.g. due to large quantities, ideal logistics, for cases abnormal or in cases of particular difficulty of execution, for works in situations of difficult setting of construction site or difficult use of machines, for work in locations that are difficult to reach, etc.). For the items missing the price, indicated with (---), it was not possible to find a market price for this edition. Prices refer to "normal" services with average market prices, in cases of particular difficulties of execution, prices may be adjusted upwards to particular situation. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29.08.2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (ref. no. 11.5 7350), legal security costs (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual unit price as well as resulting from the bill of quantities. The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for security measures on the construction site. The prices also apply to those cases in which the contractor for certain services You have to go to other companies. The price survey of this edition was carried out in the period between November and December 2011. Prices do not include VAT.
