List of prices for non-construction civil works 2011

Description

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as the prices units for the most recurring services in the civil sector, with the exclusion of works construction. The estimation of the costs of the individual projects must be prepared with reference to the average prices of the price list to be adapted to the size of the individual contract as follows: - works up to 200,000 €: Application of the average non-construction civil works information prices in force - works over 200,000 € up to 1,000,000 €: lower prices may be provided up to 5% compared to average information prices - works between EUR 1 000 000 and the Community threshold: lower prices may be expected up to 10% compared to average information prices - works between the EU threshold and €20,000,000: lower prices may be expected up to 20% compared to average information prices - works over 20.000.000 €: Up to 30% lower prices may apply respect average information prices. For services the costs of which depend essentially on the specific situation of site, this list provides the wording of the entries by inserting the place of unit price 3 asterisks (***). The relevant prices will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. by chance. For the items missing the price, indicated with (---), it was not possible to find a market price for this edition. Prices refer to "normal" services with average market prices, in cases of particular difficulties of execution, prices may be adjusted upwards to particular situation. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, with regard to the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29.08.2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (ref. no. 11.5 7350), legal security costs (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1% in each individual unit price as well as resulting from the bill of quantities. The tenderer must undertake to earmark these amounts for security measures on the construction site. The prices also apply to those cases in which the contractor for certain services You have to go to other companies. The price survey of this edition was carried out in the period between August and September 2010. Prices do not include VAT.
