2015 technical contractual provisions valid also for 2016

Description

This volume contains the Technical and Contractual Provisions (TCPs) constituting the Special Tender Specifications for Public Works – Part II, which govern the performance of public works in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen – South Tyrol. This consolidated text contains all DTCs updated to the year 2015. This Resolution supersedes all those issued previously in this regard. The latter are therefore no longer to be regarded as enforceable. The Special Tender Specifications for Public Works – Part II set out the technical conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract. It forms an integral part of the contract, even if materially not annexed, being part of the disciplinary sources of the conduct and measurement of the works. In addition to the Instructions for the drafting of the project and the definition of the Scope of application, the individual DTCs contain the technical conditions to be respected, during the course of the work, regarding: Materials; construction elements; Execution; Additional services, special services; Accounting. In addition to the TPDs ‘General rules for construction works of any type’, this Consolidated Text contains 65 TPDs, each of which refers to a very specific process (or group of similar processes). The objective of the TPDs is to establish the technical criteria to be followed for the proper execution of the works, in relation to the needs and purposes for which the work is intended. In this context, normative references to DIN, ÖNORM or other foreign standards are to be understood as a definition of the concept of "workmanlike execution". The following TPDs were approved by decision of the Provincial Executive of .......... n. .... and published in the Official Bulletin of the Region n. .../I-II of .......... They are available under the heading ‘chapters’ on the website of the Agency for the Proceedings and Supervision of Public Works, Services and Supplies Contracts (http://www.provincia.bz.it/acp/chapters.asp).
