Those entitled to vote were asked to express their opinion on the following referendum question:
Do you approve the text of the law on ‘Amendments to Provincial Law No 22 of 3 December 2018, ‘Direct democracy, participation and political formation’, and Provincial Law No 4 of 8 February 2010, ‘Establishment and discipline of the Council of Municipalities’, approved by the Provincial Council on 11 June 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Region No 27 of 8 July 2021?
