Description
Identification of urban tissues of ancient plant, as defined in Article 2.13 of the Rules of the Provincial Territorial Plan of the Province of Biella, defined as “minor” because they are excluded from those indicated in the Charter of Anthropic Environmental Areas and the Architectural and Urban Heritage of the Piedmont Region but defined in the General Census of the population of 1871, with population agglomeration or with functions of territorial status.
