The PTC carries out the preliminary survey of equipment, services, equipment, parks and equipped greenery at municipal and inter-municipal level, with exclusively cognitive value, also identifying the following “Services and equipment of wide area and/or provincial competence” considered essential for the pursuit of the strategies of provincial territorial development and wide area.
