Description
Documents audit of facility and it's assets on operational condition (functional, non functional), issues, cost to repair, decision to repair or replace and gives a value representing the assets condition Facility Condition Index (FCI) of said asset. Provides a breakdown of building systems (HVAC, roofing, envelope, etc...) their condition, repair needs and suggested repair dates and priorities.
