Road Characteristics Database-WKD/Maximum Speeds
Description
The road attribute database is a collection of databases each with a relevant road attribute
which can be linked to the national road register (NWB). This can be road characteristics

A separate file is available for each of these road characteristics.
The Maximum Speeds road characteristics database contains speed limits for all roads in the NWB. With the

The file provides variable maximum speeds with a start time and an end time. These are
particularly applicable to motorways. Outside this period with the indicated start time
