Entrusted bodies to carry out the tasks of certifying legal criteria and/or preparing legal certification criteria

Description

By decision, the State Office for Metrology authorises a legal person to perform the tasks of certifying legal criteria and/or preparing legal certification criteria if it meets the general conditions laid down in the Metrology Act (NN No 74/14) and the special conditions laid down in the Decree on special conditions which must be met by authorised bodies for the performance of the tasks of certifying legal criteria and/or preparing legal certification criteria (NN No 90/14). The Rules on the form and manner of keeping records of issued decisions authorising the performance of tasks relating to the certification of legal criteria and/or the preparation of legal certification criteria (NN No 44/15) stipulate the obligation to keep records of the decisions issued for certification tasks and records of decisions for the preparation of legal certification criteria.
