Description
Park circulating by sex and province. The data are extracted from the car tax database of the Piedmont Region, where all vehicles owned by residents in Piedmont are censused. In order to determine the debtor and the amount, the following are processed: the personal data of the owners and the changes of ownership, the technical data of the vehicles and the payments made. The circulating fleet is identified as the set of vehicles owned by residents in the Piedmont Region that are not removed.
