Heading meanings ---------------- * Internet: electronic payments made by customers via the council's internet pages (e-payments) * IVR: payments made over the telephone where customers follow pre-recorded instructions and navigate by pressing relevant keys * Browser: payments made over the telephone where the customer interacts with council staff This is an automated dataset
