Registered orders from the Municipality of Kamnik
Description
In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 21 of the ZJN-3, the contracting authority must publish part of the records of the register contracts awarded in the previous year on its website or on the public procurement portal by the last day of February. The published list of record contracts awarded in the previous year must include notional contracts: which have been released from 1. 1 to 31. 12 of that year in the general or infrastructure area and the value of which is equal to or greater than EUR 10,000 excluding VAT and lower than the thresholds laid down in Article 21(1) of the ZJN-3 and Article 90 ZIUZEOP or Article 5 ZZUOOP, from which it must carry out the public procurement procedure, in the manner laid down by law.
