Description
The Thematic Cluster shows the areas of white areas: These are individual households in areas where it has been established that operators are not providing broadband networks that would allow these households access to broadband electronic communications services of at least 100 Mbps and where market interest testing procedures have not demonstrated market interest in deploying such broadband networks in the next three years.
